Competitive Compensation. Our Actors work hard and deserve to be paid well for their time. Working as an independent contractor for As You Wish Princess Parties, you'll enjoy competitive and generous hourly pay, tips from our customers and many other perks - including being featured in promotional materials & videos, which look great for your portfolio.
Improve Your Acting Skills. Costumes, wigs, singing, dancing, impersonations, posing & improv are just some of the skills you'll perfect working with us as a professional princess.
Spread Joy & Wonder. Fairy Tale characters hold a very special place in all children's hearts, as well as the young at heart. By becoming any one of those characters, you'll make a child's dreams come true and leave them with truly magical memories!
All candidates must meet the below requirements in order to be considered:

Be able to pass a background check

Have previous acting and singing experience

Have your own car

Be willing to travel

No visible tattoos or unremovable piercings

Love working with children
Things to know:
* There is no guarantee that you will be booked for parties on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, it might be months before you get one. It all depends on the popularity of the princess you specialize in and the demand for her.
* You will be asked to participate in events and appearances that will be on a volunteer basis. Though you will not ever be required to attend, we appreciate willingness. These events are a great way to explore and practice your characters and great publicity for the company. The more who know about us, the more parties we can book.... Plus, they are just a lot of fun!
*We have high expectations for our actors. You will be asked to study your character in and out. Don't think that just putting on a pretty costume, smiling, and being great with kids is enough. We are creating an experience. That takes a lot of work!
*You will be asked to sign a Non-Compete Agreement with us, which means you will not be allowed to hire yourself out (for pay) as Character Entertainment for any other parties or events that are not booked through As You Wish Princess Parties.
