How Do I Book A Party?

Simply contact us with the date and time of your party. We prefer 4 weeks notice, if possible but may be able to accomodate for sooner dates, if need be. Once you have made your request, you will be sent a contract via email to be filled out and returned.  A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your requested date, with the final payment due, in cash, credit card, or cashier's check. No personal checks accepted.  The Royal Attendant will provide you with a receipt at the time of final payment. Please have your final payment ready at the end of your event. Our Princesses are usually booked for multiple appearances in one day and will need to leave in a timely manner.

 

We ask that you let us know the number of children expected, 1-week before the scheduled date.

How Far Do You Travel?

​As You Wish Princess Parties will travel up to 10 miles from Branson, MO for events with no travel charge, Any parties located outside of a 10 mile driving radius from our location will require the standare mileage fees. Thank you for understanding.

What Venues Will You Entertain At?

​We can travel to any type of venue your party is located. Please be aware, however, that some venues have their own restrictions and guidelines. Please check if your venue allows outside entertainment before booking with us.

 

What Happens If A Guest Becomes Ill, Upset, Or Misbehaves?

​The party princess is only responsible to engage children in party activities. Any behavior or health issues with children must be taken care of by a parent or party host. Good behavior is always promoted, but is the responsibility of the host to monitor and take charge of any children who are not behaving or who do not want to participate in the party activities.

 

What Is A "Royal Attendant" And Why Do I Need One At My Party?

The Royal Attendant will arrive before the Princess to prepare for her arrival. He/She helps keep the party organized and running smoothly, handles all business aspects and questions so that the Princess never has to break character and can focus on entertaining the party guests.

Why Can't You Offer Exact Replicas of Disney Characters?

Disney characters are protected by a copyright. We only offer characters inspired by uncopyrighted stories.

Can Boys Participate?

​Although our parties are primarily designed for little princesses, with prior notification, we can discuss how to incorporate litte princes into your event activities. We do offer certain crafts and games that are not gender specific.

Does It Matter How Many Guests I Invite?

​Our 30 minute Meet & Greet is the only package that allows for unlimited children. All others allow up to 12, total. There will be a $5 charge for each additional child.

Do You Just Do Children's Parties?

We will make appearances at any special event, grand opening, and charity event. Currently, we only provide fairy tale princesses but will expand to other characters that will be more fitting for the older crowds. That will not include "Adult" themed parties.

Do Your Princesses Accept Gratuity?

​Absolutely! The entertainers that serve you are all extremely well trained and make it their number one priority to ensure your party is a success. Gratuity is not included in the total of your package price, so if you want to show your entertainer that you loved their performance, gratuity is a great way of doing so. Though it is not expected, it is always appreciated.

 

Tipping an entertainer is just like tipping a waiter; anywhere between 10%-20% of your package total is a typical amound and is much appreciated.

What Do I Need To Provide?

​A table and enough chairs for guests, plus 2 extra for The Princess and her Royal Attendant, if a craft project or facae painting is planned. Enough open space should be made available for interactive games.

 

We do not provide any food, beverages, or supplies for eating or decorating. If you are having food/cake, please purchase all supplies needed for this portion of your party. We are, however, willing to cut or serve cake and beverages.

 

What Do I Do At The Party?

​We invite all adult guests to relax and let us work our magic. We provide plenty of entertainment to cover every minute we are present at your event. However, we do as that you, or other adults, are present in the party space to supervise the children. Our performers and attendants are there to entertain the young party guests, not to act as babysitters.

 

We ask that all the children are encouraged to treat our princesses and attendants with kindness and respect. Good manners are always appreciated and are needed to ensure a wonderful experience for everyone.

What Does The Princess Bring With Her To The Parties?

​Our princesses bring everything needed to conduct the activities included in your ordered package. Each package is different, so we bring different things to each party. If you ordered a package with games, we bring everything needed for the games we play. We always provide the Birthday Child with a Princess Coronation Certificate and sash. We also supply our own storybook for story time, as well as crafts.

 

Do You Perform Outdoors?

​Outdoor venues are always welcome, provided the temperature does not exceed 70 degrees. However, if you're planning an outdoor party, always have a backup plan in the event of bad weather. Since the costumes and wigs worn by the performers are extremely hot and delicate, it is preferred to have a covered or shaded area for some, if not all the activities. As outdoor venues are much more difficult for our princesses and require that our gowns go through a rigorous cleaning process after being exposed to outdoor elements, we do charge a $2o flat fee per princess. per party, for all exclusively outdoor party venues, such as parks. Please let us know upon booking if your venue is outdoors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What Can I Do To Ensure The Party Goes Smoothly?

​There are a few things that always help with the fluidity of the party:

 

1. The Royal Attendent will arrive a few minutes before the princess to settle any remaining fees, answer any questions, and check out the party space.

 

2. Have a power outlet available for us to use for our music speaker. If there is not one available close to where you are having us do the acitivities, please supply an extension cord for us.

 

3, If you having an outdoor party, please make sure the area is guarded from heat/sun, or from any wet weather.

 

4. Have a clean, dry, shaded are for activities, free of dirt, mud, water and any other bad weather conditions that may cause ill effect to the party activities and the guests.

 

5. Be available to aid if issues arise with children needing assistance or misbehaving.

 

 

What Is Your Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?

​All cancellations made 7 full days prior to your scheduled event will result in a refund of your deposit, minus a $2o handling fee.

 

All cacellations made between 4-7 days prior to your event will result in a refunt of your deposit, minus a 50% handling fee.

 

All cancellations made less than 4 full days prior to your scheduled event will result in the forfeit of your full deposit.

 

Any amount you have paid above the required 50% deposit is fully refundable at any time of cancellation.

 

Please note that without written agreement to the contract by 24 hours prior to your party, the party will be cancelled and your 50% deposit is not refunded.

 

For rescheduling, you must provide at leat 2 weeks' notice. Otherwise, cancellation fees may be incurred.
